Because all of our items are handmade or the decoration is done by hand, you can expect slight variation in each product. We think that's what makes us special and each product unique, just like your baby!

 

Returns/Refunds:

 

Two Elizabeths will accept returns of items that have not been used or worn. The recipient has 14 days to contact us upon receipt of the item. After contact is made, you will then have 14 days to return the item to us. At that time, we will either send a new item or refund the order, whichever is requested.

 

If an item has visable usage or damage, Two Elizabeths will not accept it back.

 

Shipping charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Gifts:

 

If you choose gift wrap, we will wrap your gift with cellophane and/or tissue paper and tie it with a bow. Enter your gift message at check-out and we will include your message on a darling, handmade baby tag. Even if you don't choose to gift wrap your item, we will still include the cute baby tag if you choose to enter a gift message.

If you are buying several items and want them all wrapped together, please only choose gift wrap on one of the items and indicate at check-out that you would like everything wrapped together.

 

Shipping:

 

We ship USPS Priority Mail. We try to ship every order within a few days, but due to our items being handmade there may be times when processing will take a bit longer. We promise to contact you if that is the case.
